The Layers window appear when you click the Layers
button or click next to Dynamic Layers in the Legend
area.
The System Layers tab contains a list of pre-defined layers that you can add the map.
Layers are divided by category on the left side. Click a category to select it. The layers and sub-categories associated with the category appear.
Subcategories have either a (Expand) or
a
(Collapse) button next to them. Each individual
layer has a checkbox. Select the checkbox to include the layer on the
map.
Click on a layer's name to display its attributes, including record count and the last modified date of layer data.
My Layers - Click this tab to access the My Layers tab.
External Layers -Click this tab to access the External layers tab.
Filter Layers - Type text in this field to filter the list of layers. The list will show only layers that contain the text entered.
(Expand) -
Click to expand the list of layers.
(Collapse) -
Click to collapse the list of layers.
Add to Map - Click this button to add the selected layers to the map.
Cancel - Click this button to close the window without adding a layer to the map.
The My Layers tab contains layers you have saved for your use.
System Layers - Click this tab to access the System Layers tab.
New Folder - Click this button to add a folder that you can use to organize your layers. The Add Folder window appears.
(Edit Folder)
- Click this button to change the name or parent folder of the associated
folder. The Edit
Folder window appears.
(Add Sub Folder)
- Click this button to add a new folder beneath the associated folder.
The Add Sub Folder
window appears.
(Move to Folder)
- Click this button to move the associated layer to a sub folder. The
Select Parent Folder
window appears.
(Share Layer)
- Click this button to share a link to the associated layer.
(Unshare Layer) - Click this button
to unshare the associated layer.
(Delete Map)
- Click this button to delete the associated layer.
Add to Map - Click this button to add the selected layers to the map.
Cancel - Click this button to close the window without adding a layer to the map.
External Layers
