This feature allows user to submit a request with basic details.
To submit a general request:
1. Navigate to My Tools located on the top menu and select General/Comment
2. Enter
all the required fields on General
Request/Comment
page and click
Email notification is sent to all the LTAP Admin users upon request submission.
